This article will give steps on how to withdraw USD out of your Figure Markets account. Your USD funds are managed through Figure Pay, our native money movement engine. Figure Pay enables convenient deposits for utilization within our marketplace. Your USD funds are kept securely at our partner banks.
*ACH withdraw limit is $25,000/24 hours. No limit for wire withdrawal.
*PLEASE NOTE ONCE SUBMITTED, AN ACH CANNOT BE CANCELLED*
*A wire may take up to 24 business hours to process
*ACH transfers will take 4 business days. I.e; An ACH initiated 12:30PM Sunday, will complete by Friday 6:00PM EST. Origination day, is day 0.
How to Withdraw Cash via the Figure Markets App
Open the Figure Markets mobile app and log in to your account.
Tap the "+" (Plus) icon located at the bottom center of your dashboard.
Select "Withdraw Cash" from the menu options.
Choose your preferred withdrawal method: ACH or Wire Transfer.
For ACH Withdrawals:
Select an existing bank account linked via Plaid, or follow the prompts to link a new account securely.
Enter your desired withdrawal amount and tap "Preview."
Review the transaction details and confirm by selecting "Withdraw USD."
Tap "Done" to return to your dashboard.
For Wire Withdrawals:
You will be prompted to enter your external bank account details for the outbound wire transfer.
Once entered, tap "Done" to save this wire information to your profile.
Enter your desired withdrawal amount and select "Withdraw USD" to authorize the transfer.
Tap "Done" to return to your dashboard.
