Exchange-Entity Set Up

This article will help provide instructions and visual aids that are intended to guide you through the institution/entity application to open a Figure Markets wallet. This path will allow an individual to apply for an entity's wallet, even if they have no plans to stay on the wallet themselves.

Add Members To The Wallet

1. Administrators/authorized users can begin the application here:  Entity Application
2. Click to Sign Up
3. You as someone who is authorized to submit this application will enter your email and phone number and verify both of these by verifying the codes sent.
4. Institutional verification:  Click Apply
5. Choose either Entity or Trust
6. Begin to enter information about the Entity or Trust
7. Beneficial Ownership:  If anyone owns more than 25% of the entity, you will add them here.
8. Control Persons:  If you are the administrator who is authorized to set up this application, you will click "no" here and then begin to enter the information about a control person.

9. Authorized Administer:  You will enter information about you here and your email and phone number will self populate.

    

   Note:  When performing transactions within the Entity wallet such as sending Hash, the gas fees will be deducted from the individual wallet tied to the entity.
