Exchange - How to Link a Bank Account Through Plaid

This article will help you link a bank account in the Figure Markets mobile app through the Plaid flow.

1. Open the Figure Markets mobile app
2. Click the Purple Plus icon at the bottom of the screen
3. Select either the 'Deposit cash' or 'Withdraw cash' option depending on which you are attempting
4. Select the 'Bank account' option
5. The Plaid flow will open a new window
6. You will need to verify your mobile phone number with the text code
7. Choose your banking institution
8. You will be prompted to login to your bank's mobile login page.
9. Enter your login information
