To facilitate a payment toward your outstanding balance, please follow the guided steps below:

1. Access Your Loan Details Open the Figure Markets mobile application and navigate to your loan through either of the following methods:

Select the specific loan directly from your Homepage dashboard.
Navigate to the "Borrow" tab and select the active loan you wish to manage.

2. Review Your Balance In the Overview section, locate your "Outstanding Balance." > Note: The mobile application displays your real-time balance.

3. Initiate the Payment Workflow

Select "Manage Payments" at the bottom of the screen.
On the following screen, select "Make a Payment."

4. Select Your Payment Method

To Pay via USD (via ACH - US Residents Only): * Link your bank account instantly via the secure Plaid integration.
- Once connected, input the desired payment amount (referencing the "Outstanding Balance").
- Select "Preview Payment" to verify the details, then confirm by selecting "Pay USD."
USD/USDC (Figure Markets Wallet): Select the "Pay With" dropdown menu and select "USD or USDC".
- Once selected, input the desired payment amount (referencing the "Outstanding Balance").
- Select "Preview Payment" to verify the details, then confirm by selecting "Pay USD or USDC."
USDC (External Wallet): Select the "Pay With" dropdown menu and select "Pay from USDC"
- Choose "Crypto held elsewhere? Make a payment from an external wallet."
- You may copy this address to your clipboard or use the share function to send it via email or messaging. Click the "X" to close the window once you have captured the details.
To Pay via Wire: Select the "Pay With" dropdown menu and select "Wire Transfer".
- Upon selection, the system will generate the specific remittance details and wiring instructions required to satisfy the outstanding loan balance.
- Select "Done" once you have captured the necessary details to finalize the session and exit the interface.
To Pay via Collateral (Asset Settlement): * Select the "Pay With" dropdown menu and choose the specific collateral asset associated with your loan.
- Input the amount you wish to apply toward the balance and select "Preview Payment." * Review the transaction details and finalize by selecting "Pay Asset" (e.g., "Pay SOL").

5. Collateral Return

Upon full satisfaction of your loan balance, your collateral will be released. Please note that return processing times may vary depending on the payment method used for the payoff. For all mobile-based loans, your collateral will be deposited directly into your Figure Markets wallet.
- ACH: 4 business days
- Wire or USDC: 1-3 business days
- Existing collateral: 3 business days

²Repayment Period (Minimum-Maximum): 12 months
Maximum APR: 12.62% APR (APR includes interest plus applicable fees such as the 1% origination fee). Available interest rates for Figure's Crypto-Backed Loan are 8.91% (9.999% APR) at 50% LTV or 11.50% (12.62% APR) up to 75%.
Representative Example (Total Cost): As an example, a borrower receives a Crypto Backed Loan at 50% LTV of $10,000 for a term of 12 months, with an interest rate of 8.91% and a 1% origination fee of $100, for an APR of 9.999%. In this example, the borrower will receive $10,000 and will make 12 monthly payments of $74.25. Rates will be higher for applications secured by assets with a higher LTV ratio. The Figure Crypto-Backed Loan has a 12 month interest-only repayment term and allows for a maximum initial LTV ratio of 75%. Interest rates change frequently so your exact interest rate will depend on the date you apply and may depend on many factors such as LTV ratio.

³Obtaining a crypto-backed loan generally does not trigger an upfront taxable event. Tax treatment may vary based on individual circumstances. Consult your tax advisor.

⁴Liquidation protection is only available in CA, NY, FL, PA, AL, AK, GA, HI, MA, UT. Liquidations will still occur if the loan becomes delinquent. More information about liquidation protection can be found here. The Figure Crypto Backed Loan (CBL) allows eligible users to borrow U.S. dollars secured by crypto collateral. The maximum loan-to-value (“LTV”) ratio is 50% at origination.
