This content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

To make a payment on your loan via the web dashboard, please follow these steps:

Part 1: Navigate to the Payment Portal

  1. Log In: Access your account dashboard at Figure.com.

  2. Select the Loan: Locate the specific loan you wish to manage and click on Details.

  3. Initiate Payment: Scroll down the loan terms screen and click the Make a Payment button.

Important Note on Using USD Balances: While mobile-based loans can be paid directly using your Figure Markets USD balance, web-based loans cannot. If you want to use your existing USD balance to pay your web-based loan, you have two options:

  • The Fastest Way (Recommended): Use your USD balance to purchase USDC on the platform, then submit a USDC payment (see Option B below).

  • The Standard Way: Withdraw your USD balance to your linked bank account, and then make a payment via ACH or Wire Transfer (see Options A or C). Please note that standard bank withdrawals can take several business days to settle.

(Note: Domestic loans support ACH, USDC, Wire Transfers, and collateral payments. International loans currently only support USDC and collateral payments).
