Exchange-Steps To Sell and Withdraw Assets

This article will give you step by step instructions on how to sell and withdraw your assets from the Figure Markets Exchange

SELL

1. Open up the Figure Markets app on your mobile device
2. Click on the "+" at the bottom of your dashboard
3. Click "Sell"
4. Click on the asset that needs to be sold.
5. At the top right of this screen, you will be able to navigate Market or Limit Order. Orders will be defaulted to Market, unless you change to Limit Order.  
6. Use the ↑↓ to toggle to Coin Amount.  
7. Type in your amount of Coin that you have.  
8. Preview Sell Order
9. Place Sell Order
10. Once sell order goes through, scroll down to the withdraw instructions at the bottom of this article.

Withdraw Funds

1.  Navigate to your Figure Markets App on your mobile device.
2. Click on the "+" sign at the bottom of your dashboard
3. Withdraw Cash
4. Choose your preferred withdrawal method: ACH or Wire Transfer. Note: Any withdrawal 25K or over must be by wire.
5. To send out a wire:

   1. You will be prompted to enter your external bank account details for the outbound wire transfer.

   2. Once entered, tap "Done" to save this wire information to your profile.

   3. Enter your desired withdrawal amount and select "Withdraw USD" to authorize the transfer.

   4. Tap "Done" to return to your dashboard.

6. To Send out ACH:

   1. Select an existing bank account linked via Plaid, or follow the prompts to link a new account securely.

   2. Enter your desired withdrawal amount and tap "Preview."

   3. Review the transaction details and confirm by selecting "Withdraw USD."

   4. Tap "Done" to return to your dashboard.
